Shipping Method & Delivery Time

After placing YOUR order, you will be received a confirmation email. And will be received another email after shipment, the detailed tracking information details will be included.

The Total Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time = time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped.

Shipping Time = the time to travel your item to our warehouse to your location.

Return Policy

Check all the items’ quality within 5 days since you receive it. If item is having any quality issue.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should follow below criteria:

• Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
• Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
• Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e. product not as advertised)
• Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

For the return package you should know about:

• It is buyer’s responsibility to pay shipping cost when return your package to our warehouse.
