What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, we understand how disappointing this can be. Here’s how you can resolve the issue:

1. Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival

  • As soon as your order arrives, carefully inspect the packaging and items for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

2. Contact Customer Support

  • Reach out to our customer support team at contact@udumagtoy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include the following information in your message:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged items and packaging
    • A brief description of the damage

3. Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Based on the nature of the damage, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. If you prefer a replacement, we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. If you choose a refund, we will process it once the damaged item is returned.

4. Returning the Damaged Item

  • If a return is required, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for sending the item back. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with issuing your replacement or refund.

5. Keep Your Packaging

  • Please retain the damaged packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may require it for the return process.
