Track a package

1. Log in to Your Account

• Visit UdumagToy.com and click the “Account” button at the top of the page.
• Click the “Sign in” button and log in to your account using the provided methods.

2. Navigate to the “Orders” Section

• Once logged in, click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner.
• Select “My Account” from the menu and then select “Orders”.
• After that select the order you want to track and click the “View” button.
• At the bottom of the page, you can find the tracking details.
• Click on the “Track” button to track your package.
• You will be redirected to the tracking provider’s website and you will be able to see the tracking status of your package.

3. Alternative Method (Without an Account)

• Click on the track order button at the top of the page.
• Enter your billing email and order ID (you can find this in the order confirmation email)
• Then click on the “Track” button and you will be able to see the tracking details.
