I would like to return my order

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Follow the steps below to initiate a return for your order on UdumagToy:

1. Review Our Return Policy

Before returning an item, please ensure it meets our return criteria:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original, unused condition, with the packaging intact.
• Some items may be excluded from returns due to safety or regulations (e.g., opened toys, custom items).

2. Log Into Your Account

To start the return process, log into your account on the UdumagToy website:

1. Visit udumagtoy.com and click on the “Account” button at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password.

3. Find Your Order

Once logged in, go to the “Orders” section of your account:

1. Click on “Orders”
2. Find the order containing the item you wish to return.

4. Initiate the Return

Next to the order you want to return, click on the “Refund” button. Follow the on-screen instructions:

• Select the item you want to return.
• Provide a reason for the return (helpful for us).
• Choose your preferred refund method (store credit or original payment method).

5. Print the Return Label

Once your return request is processed, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Print the label and affix it securely to the return package.

6. Pack and Ship the Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during shipping. Drop it off at your local carrier using the return label.

7. Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If you opt for store credit, you will be issued a coupon.
