Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is in processing, modifications may not be possible.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. We are exploring this option and will notify our customers once it’s available.

Creating an account is optional but recommended. An account allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and receive updates on new products and promotions.

On the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.

Log in to your account, navigate to the “My Account” page, and select “Account Details”. Follow the prompts to update your password.

Returns & Refunds

Navigate to “My Account” page and select “Orders”. After that check your order number and click the refund button. After that fill the refund request form and submit it.

Check all the items’ quality within 5 days since you receive it. If item is having any quality issue.

Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Udumagtoy.com website.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should follow below criteria:

  • Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  • Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
  • Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
  • Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e. product not as advertised)
  • Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

For the return package you should know about:

  • It is buyer’s responsibility to pay shipping cost when return your package to our warehouse.
  • Refund will be arranged in 1-3 days after we get the parcel and check no problem with the stuffs.

Shipping & Tracking

Yes, but the shipping is limited to Australia, Canada, United States and United Kingdom. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You can use this number to track your package through our website.
