How to Cancel an Order

1. Before Your Order is Shipped:

• Log in to your account on UdumagToy.com.
• Navigate to the “Orders” section on the “My Account” page.
• Find the order you wish to cancel and click the “View” button.
• Copy the order ID at the top of the page and navigate to the “Contact Us” page
• Fill in your basic details, select the subject, and request an order cancellation by mentioning the order ID.
• Also, provide a valid reason in the message section.

2. After Your Order is Shipped:
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. However, you can:

• Contact our Customer Support Team immediately (Please mention the order id clearly in the cancellation request).
• If the cancellation is approved, the item will need to be returned following our return policy.

Cancellation Window

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement for guaranteed cancellation, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If payment has already been made, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
• If you cancel after the item is shipped, shipping costs may not be refundable.
